Stinking Cleaning

Hi Julie,

 

I read ‘Stinking Cleaning’- I think it’s great! I like the recipe style instructions and the story of the couple is really cute. The delivery is lovely and light but interesting, and very informative. 

 

I learnt lots, and definitely will use heaps of those tips in there. The structure is clear too, I think people will be able to go back in and find things when they need them easily. 

 

Perhaps some of the story parts of the chapters could be a little more concise. The couple also sometimes comes across as a little old fashioned and conventional (saving for a house, very proper), which is fine, but possibly comes off as a little unrelatable at times. That might just be me though!

For example I never thought I’d ever have to do all the washing up myself as my mother and father always shared it. 

 

Overall though I think this is something my age group would find helpful, and I think it’s approachable for us too. 

 

I didn’t know you were the guru of cleaning! Very cool!
